SHIPPING INFORMATION
Same Day Shipping On Most Orders
AD Surgical strives to process and ship orders on the same business day by our daily pick-up time. Back-order items, pending and large orders may take more time to process. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. All orders with EXPEDITED Service must be submitted by 1 pm Standard Pacific Time on the same business day. All expedited orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.
AD Surgical will only ship to the U.S. Continental states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. For any PO Box shipping address, we can only offer US Postal Service. For orders over $100, a physical shipping address is recommended. Ground service will usually take 2-6 business days to deliver.
AD Surgical cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as bad weather, service interruptions, or incorrect address provided by customers. AD Surgical is not liable for any damages or lost packages during shipping. If there is any shipment dispute or lost package, inform us immediately and we will contact the courier to investigate or file a claim if necessary.
Customers are responsible for any expedite service shipping charges.
Available Shipping Services:
- UPS Next Day Air AM - Delivery as early as 8am (May not be available in remote or some residential area)
- UPS Next Day Air - Delivery between 10:30am to 3pm
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery between 10:30am to end of day
- UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery by end of day
- UPS Ground / USPS Postal Service:
- UPS Ground delivery in 2 - 5 business days based on distance from California.
- USPS Postal Service Delivery in 2-4 business days by Priority Mail.
Cancelling Orders
Once orders are processed and shipped, they cannot be cancelled. If customers reject the package delivery without requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number from AD Surgical, Customers will be responsible for all the shipping charges including intercept fees if any. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
Free Ground Shipping Policy
Free ground shipping promotion on AD Surgical products will only qualify if the orders meet the required amount before coupon discounts, taxes, and shipping charges. Free ground shipping will take 2-6 business day to deliver. This offer has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. Applies only to merchandise purchased from AD Surgical directly. The shipping address must be within the 48 contiguous states to qualify for free ground shipping. Free shipping is not valid for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.
Qualifying online orders must select Free Shipping option at checkout to receive the promotion.
Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility. Modified orders that qualified for Ground Shipping will automatically apply the free ground shipping unless the Expedite shipping method was originally selected. Shipping charges will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.
