AD Surgical Transparent Film Dressings consist of a transparent, semi-permeable polyurethane film coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive.  Suitable for protection of IV sites, Ulcers, donor sites, minor abrasions, and sutures.  Each dresssing is individually wrapped and sterilized by EO gas.  Latex free.

• Suitable to use as primary or secondary dressing

• Highly elastic and conformable to body contour

• Transparent nature allows useful visualization of wound site

• A semi-permeable film that promotes wound healing by allowing water vapor, oxygen and carbon dioxide to pass through, but is impermeable to bacteria and water.

• Lower overall infection rates than other traditional wound dressings such as gauze pads
